It features a classic collar with vintage proportions drawn from 1940s tailoring, a full button-front closure, a cinched waist, and a full midi skirt with volume through the hem. The silhouette is fitted above the waist and structured below.

Handcrafted at our atelier. The full skirt is built with internal structure to hold its shape and fall cleanly from the cinched waist.

Material

Giza cotton is a long-staple Egyptian cotton grown along the Nile Delta. Its extra-long fibres produce a yarn that is exceptionally fine, smooth, and strong, with a natural lustre that holds colour well.

Denser and smoother than standard cotton, it wears cleanly against the skin and holds its shape over time.

Craftsmanship

The Colette Dress is assembled by hand at our atelier. The full midi skirt is cut and gathered precisely at the waist, and the vintage collar is hand-shaped and stitched. Approximately 12 hours of skilled handcraft go into each piece.
